Everything I've learned over those years about writing allowed me to produce four books about my father's, my mother's. and my husband's ancestors that I'm very proud of completing. First was The Webb Clan about my father, Basil, and his father's ancestors. Next was the Hatfield and Jones Family Story about my father and his mother's ancestors. Then I wrote The Brewster Bunch Family Story about my husband, Roy, and his parent's ancestors and their children. He was the ninth child of their ten children. Now I've finished the Velma Ruth Webb's Family Story about my mother's parents and their ancestors. The feeling of accomplishment is beyond describing. I mainly wrote the books for my grandsons who never knew their wonderful grandfather or great grandfather in person like their cousins did before they died. But the result has been incredible, because of the contact with everyone who contributed stories and pictures for me to put in the family histories. We all learned so much more about our family after our visit and the memories that were shared.
