We are not omniscient, we care a great deal about truth, we search for it. The fact is that each day we discover new truths, and old ones go by the wayside. This small book creates a different story of history and the companion website (historyreligionandtruth.com) lets readers debate, then decide and update the original story. We find truth through a reasoned debate that takes place on a website where readers can discuss and select what is true. If in a courtroom we find truth by the consensus of the jury, maybe we can find truth through the consensus of our readers. The original essay is constructed by looking at historical events in the context of archeology, and contrasting them with human individual and social traits.
