A separated family deals with the aftermath of a divorce. Linda Young, a now-single mother of four, tries her hardest to supply her children to everything. But, with an ex-husband who keeps the children up to date, and who can afford all the luxury things the children want, it dampens the Christmas spirit between Linda, her children, and her ex-husband. Until, they learn the real meaning of Christmas they will never prosper. Sage and Linda must co-parent, while man is away. Dealing with rich and poor, the kids begin to realize they are in the same boat. The rich and unloved, loved and poor; play a huge part in the tension rising. While, new flame and old spark builds tension against wives, the children realize that they have more in common then they think.
