Publisher Marketing: "MAUDEMAS - A Christmas Maude Tale" by David Longshaw "It may have been the night before Christmas, but one creature was stirring and it was a mouse; a fabric fashion mouse, me (Maude)." "MAUDEMAS," As Maude (Editor-in-Chief of MAUEZINE and self-titled fashion icon) puts it is 'my very own Christmas tale (yes the pun is intended, mouse, tail... you get the picture, deal with it).' Maude's regales us with her recounting of how she was looking to add some 'gritty glamour' to MAUDEZINE's December issue, so sent Mildred (the peculiar penguin who see's people as dresses) to find the perfect setting to create an 'urban Christmas extravaganza' along the way she meets some odd new friends (who she accidentally makes homeless) including, Frank and his pet shoe and Beryl the badger and her argumentative taxidermied mother. This is fashion designer and illustrator David Longshaw's 4th 'fashionable children's tale for grown-ups' (the 3rd in the Maude & Doris Series) - This book and the others - 'Mildred', 'Maude' and 'Eleanor and the Squirrel' (which was launched during LFW to coincide with David's S/S15 collection) are all are available in print and on Kindle from Amazon (worldwide) and in selected stores. Contributor Bio:  Longshaw, David David Longshaw, studied Fashion Design at Central Saint Martin's College of Art and Design BA (Hons) and at the Royal College of Art (MA).
