Physical life has a beginning and an ending. What happens in between is called LIFE, and is different for every person. But there are two things we all have in common, and that is, (1) we had no choice relative to being born--our sunrise, (2) and "the living know they shall die'--This is our sunset. How we live between sunrise and sunset has been, for the most part, based on the choices we have made. Since becoming adults, we have "been on our own." In this book sunrise and sunset are being used as metaphors to remind us of the aging process that leads to old age. In 15 lessons there is biblical encouragement and challenges to help the reader make the most out of the journey from sunrise to sunset. This material will be a great source of encouragement for everyone, not just "senior citizens." Study groups and classes will enjoy and learn from this material.
