In a lawful and just society, truth stands to confront and fight against evil. Justice emanates from truth; takes shape in many different forms and can be swift, boisterous and easily perceived, or measured, silent and subtlety dealt. In "The Silent Adjudicator", justice has been determined by the experts not to exist, even though it lives and breathes in the shadows undetected as it covertly studies the conflict and eagerly waits to set the rules and administer its decision.
