So far, he's fighting in vain for his release. He maintained his innocence and was only sentenced based on circumstantial evidence. Astrid Pfister, the co-author is one of those militant souls only basically correct for the insert formula "in the benefit of the doubt" and therefore she want to avoid the execution from Eric Cathey. He grew up in the inner city district of third ward on the southeast part of town. Eric is a proud father of three adult children and two grandchildren.
