This book is a journal that will take you on a roller coaster ride traipsing through my severely distressed mind as I work through the recovery process from past childhood sexual abuse. Going to a counselor twice a week, journaling daily, and experiencing the extreme emotional highs and lows all while keeping these secrets from my family was very painful and tricky.
