But even with their help, surviving Thomas and the Cula Crew long enough to finally expose the truth becomes even more complicated when he learns that this murder only scratches the surface of a much larger crime, and he is already branded by the police as the key player. Prior to that, I worked in an iron foundry, shoveling black sand, pouring iron, making molds and shifting weights; I served in the Army, worked as a carpenter and wrote for several newspapers. Nowadays, when not writing, I am busy pounding out tunes on my guitars, competing in Texas Hold 'Em tournaments, and wandering around our little world with my wife, taking in the diverse beauty of the magnificent realm of sky, land, and sea surrounding us in our home in Southern California.
