Christmas has always been a special time of year for my family. I remember waking on that special morning to the aroma of good things coming from the kitchen. My mom always decorated to the full extent, and baked with wonderful spices and flavorings. Even now, though I live more than four hours away from my mom, I can hardly wait to get home for Christmas, and my children now get to experience all the goodness that I had as a child. It's amazing! So, enter my collection of poems, short stories, articles, and recipes to celebrate the birth of a Savior, the love of family, and warmth of friendship that are all felt in the coldest part of the year.
