This literary work is inspired by 'God' and talks to the hearts of little 'black' girls who sometimes feel "Different" as a result of their physical appearance. It allows for little girls to see themselves as more than what is depicted in some of the pictures or images in society. This rhythmic play of words reveals a message in each child's ability to dream and go beyond the walls created with the realization that God is listening. The emphasis is on the power of dreams and the truth that lies in Gods manifestations of those dreams.
