One and the Other is the first book of poetry from Derek Reis in his series The Undying. In this volume, he addresses the topics of the depravity of man, our struggle with sin, our journey to forgiveness, and the greatness of God. Written in prose both powerful and delicate, One and the Other beautifully expresses our innate need for a Savior, our pilgrimage from death to life, and the abundant grace that sees us through it all. Included are three poems Derek has written to his beloved wife Hannah. They live in Modesto California with their dog Moses.
