The Columbia National Wildlife Refuge Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) provides direction to the U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service on management of the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge. The CCP provides the framework for making decisions on conserving natural, and recreational resources, managing visitor use; developing facilities; and addressing day-to-day operations of the refuge. The CCP ensures that future opportunities are realized and problems addressed effectively.
