14 seniors from "over 55" communities throughout the USA meet to tour Costa Rica. They have been in contact via the internet before their trip, and have agreed to amuse themselves in the primitive rainforest bungalows where they will stay without TV or any nightlife. It is agreed that each tale will tell of the strange foibles and wondrous happenings within the community gates. Inadvertently, the tales also reveal the narrator as well. Some of the tales are humorous, others are poignant, and others are outrageous. Thus, this book reveals our senior citizens to be far from the wise, respected elders of yore to whom one bows in respect. They have the weaknesses, peculiarities and strengths of all people of various ages. This book has touches of a travelogue, bits of dog stories, intermittent flora and fauna and a variety of characters.
