Between Brick and Canvas
James A. Fox
A schooled and talented artist, Henry has become obsessed with graffiti and its freedom, developing strong bonds with the leaders of the Boston based Gamut crew. Crush is stylish, egotistical, and outspoken, driven to capitalize on his fame as a street artist through commercial venues. Alex, the founder, is a prolific purist, considered a sage by young writers. Eccentric high art patrons weave in and out of his life, but Henry struggles to produce on the canvas, and he begins to search for a muse to reignite his creative process. Then things really start to unravel.
