Driving the Bus is the Easy Part is a humorous, yet comprehensive compilation of tips and strategies to aid the student driver in the art of Student Management. Two days before going to the D. M. V. and taking my test, one of the trainers took me out for a final ride and talked to me about student management. You must remember that my instructor also talked extensively about it in the classroom. Because of all of the great training I received, I passed the test with flying colors. So why was I not jumping for joy? I was scared out of my mind on what I was going to do with those 30 or so faces looking back at me in the number 7 mirror. This tongue-in-cheek manual has seven small chapters on what I and others have experienced while managing students during the safe operation of a school bus.
