A Dragon Goes to School Les Penhaligan

We first met Aerynn in The Magician's Apprentice when she hatched from her egg in a thunder storm on the slopes of The Cheviot hills. This is the first big adventure for this young purple dragon as she travels to school on her first day. The story follows Aerynn from waking, eating breakfast and having bugs clean her teeth to going down the steep hill side to her best friend's farm. Her journey then continues on a horse and cart to the local village school. During the journey Aerynn discovers that she does have a special gift which she has to use to save her and her friends from deadly danger.
