Her first student is a handsome, married Mexican executive young enough to be her son. It is an overwhelming love at first sight as both experience memories of a past life together in ancient Aztec times. As their friendship blossoms, yet another past experience emerges simultaneously to each as a happily married couple in 1600's Mexico City. Struggling to observe societal standards, the lovers maintain a relationship as friends only.
