Currently, she and her husband are making their home in a beautiful senior community in Kensington, Maryland. The Ng's are blessed with three children and six grandchildren. About ten years ago, while on the job in the library, Teresa was inspired by the abundance of Chinese cultural reading materials there. She started writing and illustrating books based mostly upon the culture, legends, and wisdom of ancient China. Today, Teresa is dividing her time in homemaking, painting and doing more writing, whenever she can find some quiet time at night.
