The search process allows for the screening of reference numbers and National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) to determine if the applicable items are recorded. Requested file data is extracted for activities engaged in provisioning or other preprocurement functions. The output from these processes will not be used as file maintenance. This is the fifth in a 5 volume series.
