Publisher Marketing: April Lane, US Army MP, tracker and pursuer is followed on three separate but sequential story's. The first Too Many People is a mystery about by radicals who believe Global Warming is created by Too Many People and it is their intent to try to cull the population. It asks the question as to why is the Arctic melting and the Antarctic growing and the radicals believe it is because the worlds population lives primarily in the Northern Hemispere. April follows the insurgents across Germany and India in an attempt to stop their mayhem. Define the Problem is a story revolving around the current economic chaos and April is asked to follow an up and coming economist. The story asks the question, if lowering the interest rates is used as a vehicle to prevent inflation during the Bush era how can the same lowering of interest rates be the answer during a recession. The same solution cannot be applied to diametrically opposite problems. His oratories brings together people of differing economic viewpoints but when April finds that he has no economic or politcal aspirations she accepts that there has to be an underlying motivation. She pursues her quarry to the Hamptons and hears the concept of creating chaos so that a new Government may be formed ousting that elected by the normal democratic methods. She trails and pursues the enemy to find his motivation for trying to create political unrest. Reverse in reverse relates to the current trend of reverse mortgages and a bank is concerned that while it isn't losing money, someone is cheating the estates of the elderly from their real estate asset. April has to learn not only about reverse mortgages but also the history of such financing and it's conception in France of creating life tenancies
