Publisher Marketing: In a world of worlds, the age old battle of good versus evil is fought by the Family of darkness and the Community of light. Dalton the most powerful of the Family and Solla the purest of the Community are forced together by a prophecy set forth centuries before in order to breed a girl child that would possess the powers of both. When the Family plays their hand too early, the Community becomes aware they are being used as pawns to see who will win the end games. The watchers take Solla away hiding her and the unborn child in a world created with great powers keeping her from the Family. In the darkness of the shadows, Dalton and the seekers of the Family search for the one they believe will be their savior. The Family, unsuccessful, bides their time knowing when the girl turns her eighteenth year her powers will be revealed tearing the very fabric of the world that hides her. The darkness grows stronger and more powerful in Dalton as he vows vengeance on those that took his child from him. In the course of events, no one counted on the interference of the ancestors or the powers that Amelia would possess. The ancestors didn't count on the power of the human condition or what was buried in the hearts of those they tried to manipulate. Contributor Bio: Stalnaker, Teresa I am the mother of three, and the grandmother of many. I am a generally happy person, and have an odd (sometimes sick) sense of humor. I believe laughter is an essential part of my day. Writing is my passion, my escape... This is the fourth of five novels I have written and have many more in the works, for my mind never shuts down. Other than writing, my loves are my family and friends. They keep me sane (partly) and remind me every day why it's important to get up in the morning and keep moving forward. It is also a reminder that I do, in fact, have a heart.
