I always seemed to be treading water through life. It was the men, though. Initially they were fun, sweet and delicious. Then somehow things changed. Perhaps it was me. Slowly, almost imperceptibly, I became afraid of men. When my world collapsed, I was told I would probably never recover. And then the mouse in me began to roar, a little at first. I fell and stumbled, and then roar became louder, and I didn't fall so much. And then I roared like a lion, and refused to ever stop. In the end, I lost my fears. And now I only see the sun.
