Dr. Yabul Kozak is a megalomanic scientist who is fed up with the state of the world. He has Utopian visions of changing society for the better, by altering the way people think. Using his employer's time in a Mind Research Institute in California, he creates a virus that will raise human consciousness to a more spiritual, less materialistic level. Yabul believes the moral and ethical climate in North America is not ready for his work, and he has set up a secret facility in China to test and produce his creation. Before he can move there, things get out of hand however, when he is betrayed by a suspicious colleague, and the authorities are closing in. Yabul does his best to safeguard his work, but in an unexpected twist of fate, his unique discovery is set to be used in a way even his brilliant mind couldn't possibly have foreseen, or even imagined.
