By trying to judge stock show season and the ruthless ploys and politics of cheerleading nationals, life has become complicated for Tony. However, he must keep his composure because he is now in a position to pull off the most ambitious prank ever done to the cheerleaders. Of course, there is a problem: every time he is around the irresistibly wild popular girl "boobs-in-a-tube" Kaily, his heart can't stop flip-flopping and every time he is around the captain of the team, the militant and fanatical Jessica and her openly gay, but equally terrifying, boyfriend? He wishes his heart would stop beating all together.
