John Nash Junior (JJ) lives with his father on the Pacific Ocean in a small town called Carpentaria, California, 75 miles north of Los Angeles. He was crippled in a car accident that broke his back and left him in a wheel chair. He is unable to talk except through a computer. He is with his constant companion, a dog named Puck. He is 13 and has an IQ 151. His dreams are clouded with strange images. Something out in space is searching for him and somehow they know where he lives. They are the Mio, a Telepathic space faring species and they are headed for Earth. Something else is coming to Earth, something dark and dangerous and an eater of suns. Join JJ, Puck and his new friends as they join together to help save the Earth of the oncoming blackness.
