Welcome to my kitchen! As a self taught cook, it has taken me 25 years of trial and error to create the flavors of my favorite restaurants. I love creating the meal, filling my kitchen with the aroma of the ingredients blending together, and receiving the compliments from those who are enjoying the foods I prepare for them. I have compiled almost 100 of my favorite recipes to share with you and your kitchen. Some are simple, some are very complex, but they are all fabulous and impressive to those you will serve. I have included appetizers, salads, side dishes, soups, poultry, beef, pork, veal, lamb, seafood, pastas, and gluten free desserts. You could create an impressive dinner menu from my book.
