PLAN B PARADISE "The story of True, Honest, Everlasting Love"

The Pitch

Newly divorced aging Artist Michael seduces a young lap-dancer into his "paradise". However, he serves her the wrong drug and wakes up next morning with a "gorgeous" stiff at his bedside. Now Michael discovers a dark side of his broken heart - it lusts and craves his new discovery!

The Synopsis

The two male "Aging Teenagers" Michael and Carl - focused on "Booze, Babes and Barbeque" - have reached a point in time, where they are forced to realize, that having lasting and giving relationships to the other half of humanity and to the offspring of such relationships is not compatible with always putting ones own desires on top of the agenda.

Not being attracted to the Pure American Dream with core family, house and car - PLAN A - they early on in life decided on going for PLAN B.

Both used to be active members of the 68-generation - made to believe that immediate fulfillment of individual and personal desires is one of the basic human rights and part of the American Values.

The two maturing "life artists" - returning from their annual participation in the Burning Man Festival in the Nevada Desert - are slowly coming of age and in the process are faced with the dialectic confrontation between the aesthetic and the ethic dimensions of human life or - in other words - are forced to make a choice between either immediate personal satisfaction or consideration for the justified needs of your neighbor.

The result of such a confrontation may be disastrous, like in the case with Michael and Carl.

Michael - not capable of making the move from his purely aesthetical stand to an ethic life attitude - ends up in a murderous killing spree ending with his ultimate self-destruction. Carl, who might be capable of going through the kind of required transformation, is however dragged down with his mate...
