Immediately following 9/11, U. S. Generals were given the task to see how vulnerable America was to another attack. One General opted to use his family to quietly infiltrate the country and enter as many military bases as possible without being detected. As it turns out, his granddaughter became quite proficient at the task. Under the Frosting is a work of fiction. It explores the early stages of Homeland Security through the eyes of a General's granddaughter. Caught up in her adventure is Stanley, a shoe inspector whose life so far has been as exiting as a pair of brown loafers. As Stanley's view of the world expands he discovers true love has been right in front of him.
