Ultimately a love story, the Spot of Blood is a wholesome novel filled with mystery, suspense, and intrigue. It is set in Tacoma, WA during the 1950's and 60's. The Story is about Terry and his sister Stacy and her boy friend Kevin who is a young reporter for the New's Tribune. The three of them get involved trying to solve a murder mystery that Terry has uncovered involving one of the town's most prominent business men. During the investigation Stacy meets with a terrible accident and ends up paralyzed. This tragedy sets into motion a heroic tale of how this typical American family had to fight through through this major crisis using strong wills, unrelenting fortitude, and an abiding faith in God to mend their family.
