Dr. Wills is at home in Brooklyn, New York, when he receives a warning that someone is out to harm him. Since he is an activist campaigning against abortion, he assumes his pro-life crusade is the reason for the threat. Consequently, Lex Payne, an undercover investigator from Equinox Anti-Crime Agency, EACA, is assigned to protect Dr. Wills, since the doctor has to travel by sea from Manhattan to the Caribbean. Lex soon discovers that assassins are on the ship from their attempt to kill the doctor in his cabin, and he assumes their boss is also a passenger.
