Mark Moremoney has survived his first Westpac. As the Vinson pulls back into Bremerton following its 8+ month underway, he starts a budding romance with a new love and starts to think he might be able finish out his time in the U. S. Navy in peace. But such a foolish hope is dashed as the C. O announces a push-back of the ship's R. C. O. H date along with a coming INSURV, the arrival of a new puppet Reactor Officer, and a yet another series of work ups before the planned ORSE in 2004. Can Mark deal with all the shake ups and screw jobs that come along with these events? Can he even tolerate all the daily B. S in standard navy life, or will the chains of command break his sanity forever?
