Contributor Bio:  Berkson, Lindsey Lindsey Berkson has been an educator, author, researcher, and moving force in the field of the clinical application of nutrition and integrative health. She has trained doctors of all disciplines in diverse aspects of health/patient care. She has worked with thousands of patients going through crisis, such as several years in a dialysis center. When Lindsey's own mother rapidly developed dementia, a team formed between her and her brother, Denis, and her mother's consenting doctor. Denis is a professor who specializes in creativity (creativecrusader.com). They didn't want to hear that nothing could be done, so together they created a program of exercises combined with nutrients and foods, that helped revive their mother's quality of life for a significant while. Having been a yoga teacher, Lindsey came up with perceptions to soften the suffering of this journey. Denis, loving magic, breathed enchantment into how they approached this potentially horrific experience. Both Berksons have lectured extensively on health, wellness and motivation. Denis is well known for his work in the disability field. This is an inspiring gentle guide to soothe your family through a trying time.
