The main characters, 2 horses (that were rescued from slaughter several years ago) Marty with a physical difference and Sweet Pea with learning challenges. Marty coaches Sweet Pea over a fallen tree which is seperating her from the rest of the herd, she makes the jump but not before a few silly mishaps. A portion of the proceeds from this book will be donated to horse rescue.
