As I read Proverbs 31, I'm encouraged to see such life wisdom poured into a son from a mother. Even Solomon poured from his vast amount of wisdom through specific instructions to his son through the Proverbs. Yet, I find myself simultaneously inspired to a 21st century proverbial wisdom for the daughters of today. It was a personal mandate to present such a spiritual book of wisdom to my own daughter. I wanted to give her a personal account of wisdom that she can refer for current issues, whether they are personal, spiritual, or social concerns. In doing this I realized that there must be some common concerns for mothers that warrant corporate prayer. As mothers unite in prayer and bombard the kingdom of darkness for our daughters, we could certainly use some encouragement along the way also. I pray that this book helps the moms and daughters, as they are waging warfare for their God-given destiny and purposes. I have put together a few nuggets of inspiration. I pray that they encourage you as they have me.
