Ambrosia: a Collection of Poetry Anne Manera

Ambrosia is a collection of poetry to awaken the senses. We all undergo transformations in our lives while we are both awake and asleep. However, often times the we are most lucid when we are between states of consciousness especially the period of time just before falling asleep. Paying attention to our senses during this time can speak volumes about an individuals inner being. Paying attention to the sensations in one's body can evoke amazing emotions, opening one up to a whole new world.
