Science Fiction/Fantasy. Timeline 1983 -86. A geneticist is paid to develop a new kind of animal for a government contractor. The RTI Crop. wants a 'super animal.' It will be used in covert activities and trained to kill! The strange animal created is above all expectations. RTI becomes ruthless and demanding towards the Dr. and his wife. The Dr. has 2nd thoughts and is haunted by his conscience. Engineeering an 'accident' he allows the adult animal to be released into a nearby swamp. He insists his wife flee with the remaining baby animal. He promises to meet her later. Things don't go as planned. A series of adventures ensue as Dr Gerhart and his wife try to reunite with both animals.
