Deja Adams is a misunderstood student nurse, longing for more than an inevitable fate. The story is about a quiet spiritual healer from the crescent city, New Orleans. Deja has a divine ability to heal so she wants to help people in pain. Deja goes through a series of events, when she tries to plan a wedding. Her fiance, Antonio Castania is heir to a perfume corporation and military doctor. Antonio's mother, Mrs. Castania has her on plans. She betrays Deja by bringing back a women from Antonio's past , Toni Vidrine, into their lives. The story takes place through the upper class areas of New Orleans and they later journey to Madrid Spain.
