Billy's experiences through adult years and of meeting Julie Johnson who is prominent in his last years. Julie returns to Hawaii, marrying an oil man from Texas. A fantastic, outrageous life on the road with his company follows. Together parts one and two are historical, factual, hilarious and made for a happy life that blew them all over, just like the wind blows.
