Immediately after the death of a spouse, life appears to have no meaning, no reason to continue moving ahead. No reason to continue existing. Yet, existence is what this book is all about. To continue existing with one's existence similar, although forever changed, to the way it was before. It is not an anecdotal book as we are all different, with different problems, and all of them happening under different circumstances. We all have our own particular way of dealing with the loss of our spouses, one of the biggest traumas of our life. It is a book full of hope and intended primarily for widowers, but it may have some application to anyone that has lost a partner in life, as death has no preferences in gender.
