A self-help and empowering story about an AIDS-orphan-girl (Phumelela), in her late stages of HIV, who discovers a world within herself - her immune system - when she is about to die. In this world Phumelela encounters a fighter-cell (T-helper) that tells her that she is 'the queen of her own body', and that her 'kingdom' is in danger of invasion by an alien queen (AIDS). T-helper, also known as a T-cell is the leader of Phumelela's CD4 soldiers. They are a type of white blood cells (lymphocytes) that contribute to maximizing the capabilities of immune function. T-helper can be compared to a general of the CD4 soldiers on the battle field. With the support and love that she receives from her grandmother (Gogo), Phumelela must face and confront the intruding AIDS villain by using nutrition, medication and affirmations. Will she be able to take on the deadly disease which has taken millions of innocent children's lives around the world? With the Love of God, all things are possible!
