Vulnerable Sins is a sequel to Pam Randall's previous novel, Shadows of the Mind. A story full of confusion, confrontation, and mayhem, it tells the tale of Kim Randall, one of a family of twelve children who is finally leaving the small town Rocking Barrel for the big city. At first, she had planned to make the journey to Washington DC with her friend Maverick; but when the love of her life, Ricardo, discovers that she is leaving for Washington, he insists that he will take her there. Once they arrive, Ricardo goes to live with his cousin, Gary, while Kim moves in with her sister, Mona. One day, on her way to a job interview, she mysteriously gets sick. Once she goes to the doctor, she realizes that her life is going to change forever. While she is contemplating her future, she gets a job and is able to move into her own place. Will Kim find the happiness that she longs for with Ricardo? How will she cope with the changes in her life? Only time will tell how she deals with her Vulnerable Sins.
