Restless and irritated by the violence he sees around him, Vix Simmons quickly organizes a small group of amateur artists with intentions to send a vital message of peace through music. With limited experience and equipment, they venture first into inner city Glasgow where they perform free concerts in public parks. To avoid prosecution, the scheme is dressed up in the disguise of...students making an interactive video. The band begins by producing makeshift songs and a makeshift stage set, but then, with warnings about the possibilities of global ecological disasters, time could be running short for everybody! Old friendships are rediscovered and new ones emerge as they unravel their plans in Scotland. But is it worth it? Is it possible to reach the very substance of twenty first century grass roots society in an attempt to resurrect peace and hope for a better future? "At least we try to make a positive difference for the World," says the band, "The Children of Tomorrow." "We try...for the children of tomorrow."
