This book, "To Russia With Hope" is in two parts, the first part is on the Russian Tour to Moscow and St. Petersburg; the second part is on treatment in the United States, especially for the deaf alcoholic and addict. In Russia there is a great need for treatment for the deaf. They are admitted for treatment but there is a lack of interpreters and all communication has to be written by hand. Therefore, "To Russia With Hope" can be a book of inspiration and hope to both countries.
