Lady Anderson, a successful Black professional works hard all day at her office, comes home where she resides with her dominating mother, has dinner, goes to the bathroom and purges. Her only sanctuary is her room where she escapes into a fantasy world where she feels safe and in control. Things begin to change when she meets David, a young entrepreneur who falls in love with her. Afraid of intimacy, Lady makes an effort to run away from him when she comes face to face with her dark past. Lady may see David as a prince, but even a prince has dragons to slay. A secret is revealed to him about his life that threatens to shatter his world.
