Ying and Yang is a humorous uncommon love story with a feminist twist. The author intertwines concepts of art, feminism, politics, music, religion, and popular culture to create a tapestry between characters from different backgrounds. Michelle Richards the owner of an eclectic art gallery Femme, has her choice of various suitors. Paul, her ex, owns Framed, a gallery that specializes in photographic images and he gives up everything he has for Michelle. Steve is the dashing professor who convinces Michelle to bring her work to his comparative feminism class. Kym is Michelle's business partner who keeps trying to convince Michelle that she should give up men altogether. Who will Michelle end up with? Will she end up with anyone, or will her dark secret ultimately destroy her.
