The Haitian constitution was failing because it was incomplete. Now, we are proud to finalize it and hope that it will help improve the country. Rethinking Haiti is the ideal plan in creating a better government. Since Haiti has more in common with the United States of America than differences, we believe that if we adapt a similar constitution and a similar philosophy, Haiti's condition will prosper. The United States of America is the best government in the world and what we have proposed is similar to the Haitian government. Let us not waste anymore time because time is profitable.
