Can you be what you want to be? Yes, if the quest is simply to survive. On the other hand, if you want to be guided by some set goals and give your own directions to life, to be the very best you can be, then delays, frustrations, and defeats will invariably occur, and these give rise to the issue of who controls our destiny? It is not by accident that we are born to ''those'' parents and placed in ''that'' environment. These are soul connections. Our setting presents what is best for our evolution. It is the past which links us to our present condition. We have brought our ideas, our instincts, and our obstacles with us. Our former lives contain the seed of our new life. We carry on our karma with us. Karma takes us where we have to go, not necessarily where we want to go. That which is not destined will not happen despite every effort. This book is a compilation of all possible human traits that should make us the best we can be, while appreciating the marvel of universal wisdom. In order to find meaning in life, we need to understand first who we are and then seek out for ourselves how far we can go to reach our goals. It is said that great innovators and proponents of new ideas are seldom entirely original; what they do is collect and coherently present new ideas at a time when they are just about presentable. I hope this book is a modest attempt to present ideas whose time has come.
