Webster defines a poem as: A piece of writing that has rhythm, and, often rhymes, usually in language that shows more imagination and feeling than ordinary speech. Windows Of Grace is a poetic collection comprised of the authors endeavor to express some of life''s journeys. Life bestows on us all joy and hardships, both which are blessings; for it is through these that we experience the depth of life. It is the joy, hope, pain, and wonder of life that poetry is meant to encapsulate. Poetry is more than cleverly arranged collections of thoughts; when well expressed it creates a mental picture as definite as any photograph seen by the eye.
