The circle of life is made up of spaces in people's lives & things from out past, and present experiences which combine to make us individual characters. There is a dark space in all of us. It is the place we avoid going, where we put secrets, deep pain, regrets and shame. Exactly what fills that space is an individual thing, but in families, it can become a shared 'secret'-something nobody dares to talk about. Lies, deceit, adultery, illegal acts, fear, pain and sexual traumas (such as incest, molestation, or rape), or things we regret having done while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and the memory of many other things can take up space within you, and become a dark spot in your heart and soul. What is your dark space? How long are you going to leave it there? Do you need help replacing it with light?
